2.3 Company reserves the right to deny access or remove Participant from the Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms or disruptive behavior.

4.1 Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Services for any reason. In the event of cancellation, Participant will receive a full refund.
4.2 If Participant wishes to cancel their registration, they must do so in writing.
4.3 If a Refund is requested prior to the start of the Services, Participant will receive a 90% refund.
4.4 If a Refund is requested once the Services have begun, the payment is non-refundable.
5.1 The Services are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
5.2 Company is not liable for any actions taken or decisions made based on the information provided during the Services.
5.3 Participant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participating in the Services, including technical issues and disruptions.

6.3 Company may collect personal information when Participant engages with Company, such as:
