1.1 Participant must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

1.2 Payment for the Services is due upon registration.

1.3 Company reserves the right to cancel Participant’s registration if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

2.1 Upon receipt of payment, Participant will receive access details for the Services.

2.2 Participant agrees not to share access details with any third parties and to use them solely for personal use.

2.3 Company reserves the right to deny access or remove Participant from the Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms or disruptive behavior.

3.1 All materials, content, and intellectual property presented during the Services are owned by Company or its licensors.

3.2 Participant may not reproduce, distribute, or share any Services materials without prior written consent from Company.

4.1 Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Services for any reason. In the event of cancellation, Participant will receive a full refund.

4.2 If Participant wishes to cancel their registration, they must do so in writing. 

4.3 If a Refund is requested prior to the start of the Services, Participant will receive a 90% refund. 

4.4 If a Refund is requested once the Services have begun, the payment is non-refundable.

5.1 The Services are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

5.2 Company is not liable for any actions taken or decisions made based on the information provided during the Services.

5.3 Participant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participating in the Services, including technical issues and disruptions.

6.1 Participant’s personal information collected during registration will be used in accordance with details below.

6.2 Participant agrees that Company may use images, recordings, or other media captured during the Services for promotional purposes.

6.3 Company may collect personal information when Participant engages with Company, such as:

– Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
– Payment Information: Credit/debit card details, billing address, and other payment-related information.
– Usage Data: Information about how Participant uses Company’s products and services, including browsing history and interaction patterns.
– Communication Data: Records of Participant’s interactions with Company, including emails, chat logs, and customer support inquiries.

6.4 Company may use Participant’s personal information for the following purposes:

– Providing Services: To deliver products, services, and information Participant requests from Company.
– Communication: To respond to Participant’s inquiries, provide updates, and share relevant information.
– Payment Processing: To process payments and fulfill orders.
– Improving User Experience: To analyze usage patterns and enhance Company’s products and services.
– Marketing: To send promotional offers, newsletters, and updates (Participant can opt out anytime).

6.6  Participant can opt out of receiving marketing communications from Company.

6.7 Participant can access and update Participant’s personal information by contacting Company

6.8 Participant can request data deletion, subject to legal and operational requirements.

6.9 Company takes reasonable measures to protect Participant’s personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6.10 Company may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance Participant’s browsing experience. Participant can manage cookie preferences in their browser settings.

6.11 Company’s website may contain links to third-party websites. Company is not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.

6.12 Company’s services are not intended for children under 18. Company does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

7.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

7.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8.1 Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Participant will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
